We are very well versed in design and build procurement, the majority of the projects we deliver are completed on a Design and Build form of contract.

We currently source 30% of our residential business stream through land led development, introducing land and build packages to our construction partners.

We have considerable expertise and experience working within 'live' and sensitive environments, from education establishments to hospital theatres and elderly persons' accommodation care homes.
