Phased construction of 5 projects. Three of the buildings were new builds and the other two were refurbishments. Phase 1 was the demolition of an old toilet & shower block and a complete new 3 storey digital skills facility. Phase 2 was demolition of an old carpark area and a complete new 3 storey T Levels facility. Phase 3 was a refurbishment and small extension to an existing building. Phase 4 was a main kitchen relocation which consisted of an extension and re model of an existing space. Phase 5 was a new 3 storey Student and Well-Being Hub
