Bath Rd, Brislington - Scaffold has been removed from the 19th Century Grade 2 Listed Property.

The refurbishment of Lynwood House, a Grade II listed building that has stood empty for a number of years, has today had the scaffold removed, meaning one step closer to completion. When the project started in January 2015 the building had fallen into a severe state of disrepair, enabling E G Carter & Co Ltd to take it under it's wing and construct 4 apartments for Shared Ownership.

The refurbishment is just one of the phases that this project has, the scheme consists of the construction of 52 new homes, 31 for Affordable Rent and 21 for Shared Ownership.

The Bath Road redevelopment is expected to be completed by early 2017.
