E G Carter & Co Ltd is excited to announce the start of a new housing development in Woolavington, Bridgwater, in partnership with SHAL Housing. This project will deliver 14 much-needed affordable homes designed to provide high-quality living spaces for the local community.
The development, designed by GCP Architects, will feature modern, energy-efficient homes that complement the character of the local area.

I will never forget attending the Planning Committee and hearing one of the Committee members start the discussion about the homes by saying that he wished he could have them in his village!
Local residents have told us that they welcome the new homes, as they know these are needed. We also know they are feeling the disturbance to get these homes built, and we continue to work with them to minimise this.
As a small housing association, we work hard to understand the communities we serve. We are ready to play our part in addressing the UK's housing crisis and believe that decent homes must be available for everyone. Right now that is not the case, but we are changing this, with the residents in Woolavington, for this community.”
