Gloucestershire has always been at the heart of E G Carter & Co Ltd. It is where our story began and continues to be a huge part of who we are today. From the projects we deliver across the county to the local people we employ, businesses we work with and communities we support, we are incredibly proud of our roots and our longstanding connection to the county.
Sam Carter, Managing Director of E G Carter & Co Ltd, said: “We’re a team of around 195 people, with many families working within the business, from fathers and sons to husbands and wives. These awards represent every one of those people.
“We’re proud to be based in Gloucestershire and to work throughout the county. We’re passionate about supporting Gloucestershire, not only through the construction projects we deliver, but also through our social value commitments and wider support for local communities.
“To receive this recognition and to represent Gloucestershire at these awards is something we’re incredibly proud of.”
Our ethos, values and Gloucestershire roots have shaped who we are as a company, but it’s our people who truly make E G Carter & Co Ltd what it is today.
These awards are a reflection of the hard work, commitment and pride our team brings to the business every day. While E G Carter & Co Ltd has grown and evolved considerably over four generations, the family values the company was built on remain just as important today.
Winning Business of the Year, alongside Family Business of the Year and Medium Business of the Year, is a fantastic achievement and an incredibly proud moment for everyone across E G Carter & Co Ltd.
A huge congratulations and thank you to our whole team, as well as our clients, consultants, supply chain partners and the communities we work within for their continued support.
