Working in partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council as part of its estate portfolio, next Summer will see a further three units ranging from approximately 1,900 to 2,600 sqft being constructed.
Phase one was built in 2008 and offers prime light industrial and trade counter space for the town. A typical commercial unit will provide clear open trade counter/industrial space with full height roller shutter door, ultrafast broadband and dedicated parking.
Councillor Rowena Hay, member for finance said: “This investment demonstrates the commitment the council has in the strength of Cheltenham’s current and future economic prospects.”
As well as encouraging business and providing new employment within the borough, the scheme will also generate rental income for the council, helping to protect key services for residents across the town.
