8 New Homes in Stanton Harcourt

The 8 new homes consist of 2 three bedroom, 4 two bedroom houses and a 1 and 2 bedroom flat. The homes were constructed using timber frame to maximise thermal efficiency and designed with stone to match the local vernacular.

In order to make these homes more economical Cottsway Housing Association has made all of the new properties affordable rent, allowing it’s residents to live comfortably in their new homes.

In 2010, E G Carter & Co Ltd completed the first phase of 16 new homes in Stanton Harcourt, which were officially opened by David Cameron
